Bliss Balls 3 ways!

Try out our three different flavours of bliss balls! Whether it’s Banana & Peanut Butter, Apricot or Cinnamon & Carrot, these three flavours are easy to make and oh so scrumptious!

Follow the base ingredients, and add the additional ingredients for which ever flavour you favour! The base ingredients listed will make about 12-15 bliss balls depending how big you make them!

BASE INGREDIENTS

24 Pitted Dates

150g Almonds

1 tbsp coconut oil

ADDITIONAL INGREDIENTS

Banana & Peanut Butter

1 large banana

1 tbsp peanut butter

1 handful of Banana Chips

Apricot

1 1/2 cups of dried apricots

1 tsp vanilla extract

Shredded coconut

Cinnamon & carrot

1 cup grated carrot

1 tsp cinnamon

1/2 tsp nutmeg

1 handful of walnuts

METHOD

Base method for bliss balls

01. Combine 24 pitted dates, 150g almonds and 1tbsp of coconut oil into a food processor. Pulse until smooth.

02. Place mixture back into the food processor and add the 1 large banana, and 1 tbsp of peanut butter. Combine until smooth.

03. Place Banana Chips into a zip lock bag and crush.

04. Roll mixture into balls and roll in banana chips. Refrigerate for 1 hr or until firm. Store in the fridge to ensure that they keep firm!

02. Place mixture back into the food processor and add the 1 1/2 cups of dried apricots and 1 tsp vanilla extract. Combine until smooth.

03. Roll mixture into balls and roll in coconut. Refrigerate for 1 hr or until firm. Store in the fridge to ensure that they keep firm!

Continue this Method for Cinnamon and Carrot Bliss Balls

02. Place Mixture back into the food processor and add the 1 cup of grated carrot, 1 tsp of cinnamon and 1/2 tsp of nutmeg. Combine until smooth.

03. Place walnuts in a ziplock bag and crush walnuts until fine.

04. Roll mixture into balls and roll in crushed walnut. Refrigerate for 1 hr or until firm. Store in the fridge to ensure that they keep firm!
