DIY RECIPE: CHAI TEA SPRITZER

There is nothing better than sitting by the fireside with our nearest and dearest, fluffy socks on and drink in hand. Why brave the cold for a cocktail (or mocktail) when you can create your own trendy drink at home?! Move over Espresso Martini, here comes the Chai Spritzer. Perfect for cold evenings and trendy Melbournites. Cheeseboard and board games are not optional.

Chai Spritzer

50g sugar

50g water

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

½ teaspoon ground cloves

½ teaspoon ground cardamom

2 Chai Tea Bags
