How do I apply to become a vendor?

Does my business have to be Australian based?

Yes, we require all businesses to be located in Australia and have an ABN

How soon will I hear if my application has been successful?

We respond to all applications within 7-10 working days.

Why are vendor applications rejected?

We know what works for Oh It’s Perfect and we reserve the right to reject applications. We may reject an application because we already have enough vendors in your category, or your product or services may be beyond the scope of parties, weddings and events. We also reject applications if the product, service or pricing isn’t suitable for our audience.

Will you explain why my application is rejected?

Yes, we always provide our reasons for rejecting an application.

Can I go on waitlist if I am rejected?

If you are rejected because we have too many vendors in your category, we will keep your details on file and contact you if a space becomes available. However, we make no guarantees.

Do I need professional photography?

If you’re handy with a camera, there is no need to hire a professional photographer. We do expect photos to be worthy of featuring in a glossy magazine – well lit, high resolution and styled to show your wares off to perfection. The better your photos, the more products you will sell. If your DIY photography results are less than spectacular, we suggest you invest in a professional product photographer.

How long will my order take to arrive?

It depends on your location, and the location of the vendor – check the vendor’s page for details on shipping and handling estimates.

I have made a purchase on Oh It’s Perfect and I want to exchange or return it?

Every vendor has its own Exchange and Returns Policy. Please read the policy carefully before making your purchase.

Where is my order?

Contact the vendor if your order has not arrived within the expected date.

I have a dispute with a vendor. What do I do?

Our vendors are required to maintain high levels of customer service and we don’t want you to be disappointed. Most disputes with vendors are easily resolved, but if you are not satisfied with the vendor’s response, please contact us and we will assist you.
